National Disability Voter Registration Week 2020
July 13-17, 2020
There is an active fight for the fair and civic inclusion of people with disabilities in every political, social, and economic front. The disability community has often had their rights trampled on. Voting is the tool for expressing your voices and opinions.
Know Your Rights. Cast Your Vote. Use Your Power.
You have the power! Voting is the most fundamental way to voice your opinion in a democracy and create change. Are you registered to vote?

REV UP: Register, Educate, Vote, Use your Power
Every year, the REV UP Campaign coordinates National Disability Voter Registration Week (NDVRW) to increase the political power of people with disabilities by sharing resources and getting folks registered to vote.
This year, NDVRW is July 13-17. With an estimated 35 million people with disabilities eligible to vote in 2020, it is time to raise the disability voice and increase civic participation by this important voting block across the country!
The REV UP Campaign, and NDVRW, are programs by the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD), in collaboration with partner organizations.
In Arkansas, the REV UP campaign is coordinated by ARSILC (the Arkansas State Independent Living Council). Each year, the Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities Arkansas works with our partners, ARSILC, Disability Rights Arkansas, and other organizations, to increase civic engagement and participation by people with disabilities and their families.
