The Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities Arkansas will hold it’s annual member retreat on Sunday, September 17th and Monday, September 18th, 2023, at the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute on Petit Jean Mountain.

Day one of the retreat, 09/17/23, will start off with a meeting of the GCDD Executive Committee at 1pm in room Petit Jean 1 (a public meeting). The rest of 09/17 will be spent in training and continuing education for Council members and staff only.

On day two, 09/18/23, the public meetings will continue beginning at 7:30am (GCDD Nominating Committee, Public Policy & Outreach Committee, and State Plan & Implementation Committee and the Council Quarterly Business Meeting).

This is planned as an in-person event. Schedule and Agendas are being finalized.
