The National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities (NACDD) and National Council on Independent Living (NCIL) are co-hosting this webinar to discuss the new committees being created by the ACCESS Rule. These powerful committees created by the ACCESS Rule will advise state Medicaid agencies on health and medical services, policy development, and program administration. This webinar will provide a brief overview of timeline for improved state Medicaid rules and how people with disabilities must organize now to improve Medicaid HCBS in the states!
